Tomas founded Roadready Academy in 2010 with a single second-hand sedan and a conviction that driving instruction should feel like coaching, not criticism. Fifteen years later he still teaches every week — mostly teens, mostly on Saturday mornings, always with the same battered clipboard.
He personally trains and certifies every instructor who joins the academy, and wrote the progress-report system parents receive after each lesson.
